Looking to get involved in the life of Memorial Park Church?  Why not volunteer?  We're looking for a number of people to join our team!  We have a number of volunteer positions we're looking to fill currently on our A/V team as well as teaching or assisting with MPC KIDS!  Below is a list of the positions and the time commitment involved.

SPREE VOLUNTEER

The annual Christmas Spree, is coming up on November 6th and 7th, and we are so excited!  The Lord has used this event to bless our community and beyond, as the funds go straight to outreach and ministry.  We know He has good things in store for this year and we would love for you to be a part of it!  Please consider volunteering for one or two time slots. It takes all of you to help make this event a success.

SPREE COOKIE BAKERS

The Annual Christmas Spree is right around the corner, and we are looking forward to another amazing weekend!  Thank you so much for volunteering to bake for our Cafe.  Please choose a cookie type from the list, bake 3 dozen cookies (smaller is better), and drop them off in the church kitchen anytime Wednesday November 4th, Thursday November 5th or Friday November 6th the week of the Spree.  If bringing them Friday morning November 6th  please have them here by 9:00a.m. so the volunteers can get them arranged on trays.

Camera Operator

Operate the manual camera and follow the direction of the video switcher.  They must have a good eye for camera shots that are appealing to our audience.  And must be willing to wear a headset to get directions from the video switcher.

Display operator

Manages what is seen on the screens in the sanctuary.  Video content from the video mixer or slide content via ProPresenter.  The display operator also runs the slides for worship found in the playlist inside ProPresenter for each service.

Audio Engineer
(livestream)

Solely responsible for our outgoing audio mix from the sanctuary, IE: the livestream, café area, and other overflow options.  Not all audio gets mixed inside the sanctuary the same, so we need a separate mix so that the online and overflow areas are able to hear everything they are supposed to hear.  This engineer will be listening via headphones to the outgoing mix so that they are aware of anything out of the ordinary and can adjust right away using the iPad.

Lighting Operator

Responsible for all aspects of lighting in the sanctuary.  Scenes for each portion of service need to be planned out and set during the week in coordination with the Technical and Worship Directors and then either automated within ProPresenter or run live in the services.

Front of House coordinator

MPC Bakers group

This person will be the communication connection between the front and back of house for all services and relay information as needed.  This person will be on headset with the Technical Director.
Join the MPC Bakers group! You will be contacted when baked goods are needed and can sign up to provide as you are able.
